The following links are to 3 different recipes, one is an appetizer, the 2nd is an entree, and the last on is dessert. Each recipe originally started in standard measurements such as inches, lbs, tbs, but since our current unit involves converting measurement from standard to metric, all of the recipes have been converted into metric units. Each portion of the recipe has the original standard measurement, then the conversion set-up, and finally the converted metric measurement.
